Request Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your MCIQ account and associated learning data. This page is provided for App Store and Play Store compliance and user privacy rights.

Before you continue

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your course progress, exam history, certificates and personal data will be removed.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
You can also delete your account instantly from the mobile app under Settings → Delete Account.
