Pediatric specialists qualify through the DHP Specialist Prometric Examination — a 150-MCQ test covering neonatology, pediatric emergencies, growth and development, and pediatric subspecialties. Mandatory DataFlow PSV applies. The QBMS track at Sidra Medicine offers a structured residency pathway with Part 1 and final examinations.

Complete Journey (Specialist Route): Medical Graduation → DHP Portal & DataFlow PSV → DHP Pediatrics Specialist Exam → Specialist Classification → Practice in Qatar.
Complete Journey (QBMS): Medical Graduation → QBMS Residency (at Sidra) → Part 1 → Final Written + Final Clinical → QBMS Certification → Consultant Practice.
Requirements: formal postgraduate pediatric qualification, minimum 2–3 years of post-specialty clinical experience, valid Good Standing Certificate, and mandatory DataFlow PSV.

Purpose: Assesses clinical knowledge across general pediatrics, neonatology, and pediatric subspecialties.
Format: 150 clinical vignette MCQs, single best answer.
Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes).
Passing Score: 65%.
Delivery: Prometric CBT centre (SCHQ2).
