DHA — Pharmacist Licensing Exam (Dubai)
The Dubai Health Authority licenses pharmacists who practise in the Emirate of Dubai. The DHA pharmacist exam is a Prometric computer-based test. Together with DataFlow primary source verification and a Sheryan application, it is the core route to DHA eligibility. Your employer then completes licence activation on the DHA side.

Eligibility
DHA follows the UAE Unified Healthcare Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for pharmacist titles (pharmacist, clinical pharmacist, and related categories). You generally need a recognised pharmacy degree and post-qualification experience as specified for your PQR grade. Confirm your category in Sheryan; diploma or technician titles sit on different exams.
English is the usual exam language. Employers may still ask for IELTS or OET even if DHA does not mandate a universal score for the exam itself.
DataFlow Verification
PSV through DataFlow is mandatory. Submit degree, transcripts, licence, experience letters, and good standing. Processing depends on your issuing institutions.
Sheryan Portal
Sheryan is DHA’s licensing portal. Complete the pharmacist application, pay DHA fees, and obtain Prometric eligibility. Keep passport details identical across DataFlow, Sheryan, and Prometric.
Exam Details
The DHA pharmacist Prometric exam follows the published DHA/PQR pharmacist blueprint (pharmaceutics, pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, calculations, law and ethics). Item counts and pass scores are listed in the current DHA exam materials. Centres are available in the UAE and internationally where Prometric offers the title.

A pass creates DHA eligibility. You still need a Dubai employer to issue/activate the professional licence. DHA eligibility does not automatically transfer to DoH Abu Dhabi or MOHAP — follow each authority’s transfer or new-application rules.
