MOHAP — Pharmacist Licensing Exam (Northern Emirates)
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) licenses pharmacists in the Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, as currently organised). The pharmacist exam is Prometric-based. DataFlow PSV is required. MOHAP, DHA, and DoH remain separate regulators.

Eligibility
MOHAP uses UAE PQR pharmacist categories. Confirm degree, internship, and experience against the PQR table for the title you want. Technician or assistant pathways are different exams.
DataFlow Verification
Submit the pharmacist PSV package DataFlow lists for MOHAP. Incomplete home-country licences are a common delay.
MOHAP Application
Use the current MOHAP professional licensing / UAE PASS services named in ministry circulars. Fees and document checklists are published there, not on unofficial Telegram groups.
Exam Details
The MOHAP pharmacist Prometric exam follows the ministry’s pharmacist outline (therapeutics, pharmaceutics, calculations, law). Confirm the live exam code, duration, and pass score on Prometric/MOHAP before you schedule.
